I agree that by joining The Napolitano Family Farm (“the Farm”) I have chosen to share in the Farm’s benefits (fresh, locally grown vegetables and fruit in season without conventional pesticides and herbicides and in the Farm’s uncertainties (including but not limited to: crop failure, pests, disease, weather and weeds). I understand that my weekly share will vary according to the weather and the season and that the amount and content of my share is not guaranteed. Additionally, the Farm operates a farm stand which will sell vegetables harvested at the Farm, thereby allowing members to purchase additional produce. The Farm will also donate a small percentage of its harvest to a local charity with the purpose of feeding the poor.
