Hello Farm Family!
We are so excited that as of tomorrow, summer has officially arrived. Our markets are now in full swing. The zucchini and cucumber plants are thriving, snap peas galore and the most beautiful beets.
The response to Goodale Farms cheeses and eggs has been so positive. We will always bring mozzarella and burrata to BOTH markets now, and we will take pre orders for other dairy products if anyone is interested. We are getting a sample of their ricotta this week to try, we can't wait to taste test it and report back.
We had a fun time with Chef Charles Drayton from Exquisite Catering Cuisine at the Patchogue Medford Library's event - Summer Bites. If you missed it, stay tuned, we are hoping to have another one in the fall. P
